Jiaoxi(礁溪) is a famous Hot Springs area located in north-eastern Taiwan. It's popular because it's near Taipei. It's used to take two hours to get there before June, 2006. Now it takes only 40~50 minutes to get to Jiaoxi from Taipei through the longest tunnel by bus. 
礁溪是台灣東北部有名的溫泉區，因為鄰近台北，2006年6月之前，從台北至礁溪需2小時車程，現在經由雪隧只需40~50分鐘。

You may take Capital Bus(首都客運) at Taipei City Hall Bus Station(市府轉運站) (connected with MRT, Taipei City Hall station) or Kavalan Bus(噶瑪蘭客運) at Taipei Bus Station(台北轉運站) (nearby Tapei Train Station) to Jiaoxi (礁溪), the famous Hot Springs Town. You may also take TRAIN to Jiaoxi, it takes longer time, about 70~90 minutes from Taipei.
可在市府轉運站搭首都客運，或在台北轉運站搭噶瑪蘭客運到礁溪，或者可搭火車，但費時較久約70~90分鐘。

I found this "Jiaoxi Tourism Bus"(台灣好行巴士)- No.111 Bus being introduced in English. The bus route is as follows which includes popular scenic areas.
礁溪站有『台灣好行巴士』(111號小巴)，有英文簡介路線，且途經礁溪有名風景點，可介紹給外國友人。路線如下：

◎No. 111 Bus :
　Jiaoxi TRAIN Station 礁溪火車站→ 
　Jiaoxi BUS Station(Jiaoxi Transfer Staiton) 礁溪轉運站 →
　Jiaoxi Hotsprings Park / Jiaoxi Tourist Center 礁溪溫泉公園/遊客中心→
　Tangweigou Hotsprings Park 湯圍溝公園→
　Paoma Historic Trail 跑馬古道→
　Hotel Royal Chiaohsi / Sky Golf Park 礁溪老爺酒店/得天公園→
　Wufongci Water Fall 五峰旗瀑布→
　Linmei Community Tourist Center 林美社區遊客中心→
　Linmei Shihpan Trail 林美石磐步道→
　Fo Guang University 佛光大學 

When you take the bus coming to Jiaoxi Bus Station/Jiaoxi Transfer Station(礁溪轉運站) (opposite to Sun Spring Resort 山泉大飯店 with 168 rooms), there are local bus lines for travelers' choices. But most are still show in Chinese. If you are not afraid of "language Deaf", there are some lines you may take. For Example:
礁溪還有其他小巴士路線可供旅客選擇，但路線較偏僻，有些是提供給在地居民搭乘用。

◎No. 112 Bus :
Jiaoxi BUS Station to Jiaoxi TRAIN Station. (08:00~20:00, every 15 min. per bus)
１１２號小巴：每１５分鐘往返"礁溪轉運站"到"礁溪火車站"。(早上八點到晚上八點)
　

◎No. 113 Bus :
Jiaoxi BUS Station → Jiaoxi TRAIN Station → Jiaoxi Township Office(礁溪鄉公所) via Shie Tien Temple(協天廟) (Oldest Temple in Jiaoxi) to Yutsun Temple (玉尊宮) which is near by the ocean - a local residents route. (06:50、08:20、10:05、13:40、16:00 departure from Jiaoxi BUS Station)
１１３號小巴：礁溪轉運站→礁溪火車站→礁溪鄉公所→協天廟→玉尊宮（靠近海邊）〈本地居民路線）（一天五班）

◎No. 131 Bus :
Jiaoxi TRAIN Station →Jiaoxi BUS Station via Toucheng Train Station(頭城火車站) via Lanyang Museum(蘭陽博物館) to Wushih Harbor(烏石港) (famous with Whale Watching Ship Tour, Tutle Island Tour by ship) destination to Waiao (外澳) (famous with beautiful beach and surfing)
(Weekdays 平日===08:40、10:10、11:30、13:00、14:30、16:00、17:00、17:30 departure from Jiaoxi TRAIN Station, add 5 min. more dep. from Jiaoxi BUS Station)
(Weekend 假日===08:40、09:30、10:00、11:00、11:30、12:30、13:30、14:00、15:00、16:00、16:30、17:00、17:30 departure from Jiaoxi TRAIN Station.)
１３１號小巴：礁溪火車站→礁溪轉運站→頭城火車站→蘭陽博物館→烏石港〈賞鯨、龜山島旅遊〉→終點站 外澳〈沙灘、衝浪）（平日八班、假日１３班）

◎No. 191 Bus :
The front part of the route is the same with No. 113, but destination is to Tsutien Temple(玉鼎慈天宮) - a local residents route. (07:40、10:55、12:50、15:05、18:10 departure from Jiaoxi BUS Station)
１９１號小巴：前半段路線與１１３同，終點站為玉鼎慈天宮〈本地居民路線）（一天五班）
