以下是版主於２０１０年８月在另一個部落格所寫的筆記，是有關國外詐騙集團寫英文信以訂房為由，來詐騙飯店，到現在已經是２０１５年了，應該已經算是老梗，但最近零零星星又偶有收文，且台灣最近這二三年一窩蜂開了許多新飯店，為了避免新飯店人遭受苦難，版主特別再細說一次此詐騙老梗，小心別被騙了！
【訂房詐騙手法】
以訂房為詐騙的手法通常是這樣的，以信件要求要訂個5、6間房，一連住個10幾晚，算起來是十幾、二十萬的房租，若飯店回信說有房間後，對方會主動提起要刷卡一次付清〈各位冰友啊！你不覺得奇怪嗎？哪有那麼好康的事！行前一次付清耶！〉重點來了，信中會另外提到，他們另外有訂租車公司，因為那家公司不收信用卡，所以他會給飯店一張信用卡資料，請飯店先授權或預刷之類，多刷租車的金額，再拜託飯店先將車資電匯給車行〈他會給你一個帳號〉！
【精心設計，不疑有他】
呼！好累！詐騙集團幹嘛這樣繞大圈騙人呢？因為一切就是要讓你不疑有他，讓你忙著發揮服務業精神、忙著去想如何幫助他處理問題，他就騙到飯店的$$了！當然也有繞小圈詐騙的，例如直接刷來一大筆錢，讓你信以為真、以為收到錢了，卻又緊急來信說：十分抱歉的抱歉，行程又臨時變更了，他的老闆目前已旅行到哪一國又哪一國去了，急著要用現金要請你電匯退款，還很大方讓你扣掉一堆手續費，讓你以為沒虧到、還賺到...等等等！
若你信他，就將錢匯出去，會發現信用卡資料根本是假的或冒用的，而訂房的名字、地址、公司名稱當然也全部是假的，那麼匯出去的錢呢？那當然是‧石‧沉‧大‧海！
【詐騙信件】格式一：
Hello,
I am Mr Michael XXXX from England and I wish to make reservations in your accommodation/hospitality.
I hereby check for availability in your accommodation from the 5th December 2015 to 15th December day of 2015 (Check-in 5th December 2015 and check-out 15th December 2015) which is 10 nights.
I inquire for 6 double rooms in regards to 12 adult delegates.
Please get back to me With the confirmation of availability and prices. I await your reply soon. Have a nice day.

【詐騙信件】格式二：
HELLO,
I am DR COLLINS XXXX, I want to book for reservation for my staff that are coming for honey moon.
Details for my bookings are below.
ARRIVAL DATES：FEBRARY 20TH - 2016
DEPARTURE DATE：FEBRARY 30TH -2016 (看到沒，連日期都寫錯，哪來的2月30日ㄚ！要騙人，也認真一點好嗎！)
NUMBER：6
(1). Availability of the dates.
(2). The daily cost of the required dates.
(3). The total cost for the length of their stay of the three couples.
(4). Payment type credit card only.〈幾乎所有的詐騙信都會有這一條，要求以信用卡付款，若回信說不必先付訂金，可於C/I時再刷卡，對方就沒輒了！〉

【詐騙信件】格式三(騙子回函)：
Greetings,
I acknowledge the receipt of your response. I wish to inform you that the delegates have approved to stay in your facility for the period of time requested. Above all, the price quotation is well accepted by us and as such, we would want to make a part payment of 2,000 USD + taxes with a credit card to enable you hold the reservation for us. (騙子來信說，很滿意房價等所有訂房條件，想先用信用卡預付美金2000元，以便保留訂房)
Moreover, we also made an arrangement with a prepaid logistics agent who will take care of the flight and logistics needs for the delegates during their coming and entire stay with you, but because the logistics agent does not have a POS, I do need to confide with you and send you my credit card information to handle the below mentioned payments. Summarily, I would send to you the receive the credit card, this is exactly what you are required to do; (重點來了，他說他另外訂車船的公司沒法刷卡，要拜託飯店幫以下的忙)
1. Charge a total of 13,900 USD+ taxes from it. (要飯店先刷美金13,900)
2. Deduct 2,000 USD + taxes been the deposit cost of your services. (扣掉給飯店的訂金2000美金)
3. Then you will send the balance of 11,900 USD (the money for our traveling and flights arrangement) to the logistics agents Bank Account. The information will be forwarded to you also with the list of guests and our exact arrival time once this arrangement is confirmed. (剩下的11900美金是要付給車船公司的，他會再email 車船公司的帳號來麻煩你代為匯款，這當然是人頭帳號，錢若匯過去，肯定肉包子打狗！)
Finally, confirm this arrangement and provide me with your.
(最後，對方說訂房都確認了，開始要飯店的詳細資料：全名、老闆名、電話....等)

每個縣、市上千犯罪家族，全家大、小老、中、青三代，男、女、老、幼，總計上萬名歹徒，家族以20-30人一組，化整為零打帶跑的方式（含同時數對帶著小孩的夫妻檔、情侶檔，載著工具、物品可疑機車。穿國中、高中制服男、女生，坐在路旁改裝機車上的小混混、小太妹，背著嬰兒、帶著小孩或老人的婦人，及各種路口騎著腳踏車，行徑惡劣男、女及老人），每天全省各縣市相互串聯，集團化跟蹤民眾住家及生活作息為業。並貼近被害人身後偷聽、偷窺、偷錄、偷拍（人手一隻長鏡頭相機），蒐集個人，及家人、親朋好友、手機、家用電話家庭成員等資料（在各種公共場合。含郵局、銀行內外、醫院，其他各種公共場合，請隨時注意身旁無所事事滑手機陌生人，當您提款或於商家消費時，歹徒共犯便出現在您身後。請提防半路出現之帥哥、美女陌生人，並勿將手機或家用電話借予他人，以免電話號碼外洩）。 這些歹徒家族散居在每個社區，或租屋在大樓裡，以裡應外合的方式或三更半夜偷裝置汽機車追蹤器，每天24小時在被害者家門口，在每個叉路口，用老人、女人、小孩、遊民在所有人群出入口。以路邊相互等人、等車、蹓狗、抱小孩、聊天、流動攤販、坐在超商看報的方式，長期輪流派不同人，埋伏跟蹤守候，白天路邊各種車輛，人坐在裡面佔據路邊停車格，等到被害者出門，再以手機聯絡埋伏四面八方，其他機車或汽車、計程車歹徒，接力賽跟蹤（有些叉路口車輛熄火，黑玻璃搖上疑是空車，但人躲在裡面，每個縣市日、夜間則以數百輛計程車），並聯合在每個公共場所，或在騎樓及坐在路旁無所事事滑手機（不用做事就有飯吃），中、下階層鬼祟、惡劣的男、女、老、幼，（以line的方式並用耳機神不知鬼不覺相互聯絡），以緊迫盯人方式跟在被害者身後（含用婦女偷偷跟到被害者到銀行偷窺保險箱），再以手機聯絡，以四周包抄的方式用手機相機偷拍，或直接聯絡前方歹徒貼近臉上拍，再上傳被害者相片給其餘共犯，或十餘歹徒分散四周，並手持長鏡頭相機偷拍，或數人以大型腳架長鏡頭攝影機，在被害人每天必經之地埋伏，假裝採訪方式直接偷拍，以全省數十萬歹徒，在每個叉路口或轉角處以輪流接力賽方式跟蹤（可以數千人接力賽，從屏東跟蹤到基隆再跟蹤回台東及國外，任何地方都有數萬台灣共犯）將個人作息查的一清二楚，再交由其他縣市歹徒作案。 再每天用不同歹徒，打手機以地下錢莊貸款、賣茶葉、購買未上市股票、海外投資等。同樣方式騷擾、恐嚇，並由外縣市數千歹徒以手機、家用電話，數萬通網路傳真騷擾住家電話的方式，亂七八糟無俚頭簡訊，持續數年騷擾）。再跟蹤到無監視器處時，以數百男、女歹徒，每天輪流以汽、機車衝撞，或用樣方式對付被害者家人，聯手共同霸凌。連警察局門口都有歹徒及車輛埋伏（警察及其家人都同樣遭到跟蹤、威脅）等到作案再由其他外地數十位未曾出面歹徒下手（犯罪成員經營各種行業並散居每個路口，或每天都在網咖或酒店待命）。 但這些應屬共犯家族的數十萬歹徒，卻有侍無恐，因為他們家族人數龐大，且跟蹤不容易觸法，從來沒人被繩之以法。 ※（民眾請勿上網貪圖購買，任何打折、便宜、低於市價任何物品，因為低於市價，民眾會爭相購買，並且自動送上個人資料。但那可能是歹徒以釣餌的網站。專為直接竊取個人家用電話、手機，甚至信用卡等資料的網站。再交給共犯打電話詐騙。便宜手機甚至被植入竊聽、或定位軟體）。
